Lori Pierce is Professor of Radiation Oncology and Vice Provost of Faculty Affairs at the University of Michigan. She maintains an active clinical practice treating patients with breast cancer, and is a national leader in breast cancer research.
Jim Hayman is Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Michigan. His clinical practices involve the treatment of breast and lung cancer. He is a national leader of quality improvement efforts in radiation oncology, serving as the Chair of the ASTRO Task Force on Quality Care.
Jean Moran is an Associate Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Michigan, and she oversees the clinical physics activities in the department. She has strong interests in quality assurance and patient safety and her research activities have been focused on the deliverability and accuracy of advanced technology.
Prior to joining the MROQC Coordinating Center, Melissa has over 15 years’ experience in the area of clinical trial research and has been employed by the University of Michigan for over 8 years in various roles associated with the oncology clinical trial project management. She received her Masters of Science in Medical Science from Wayne State University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology, specializing in health sciences research, from Michigan State University.
